Atulya Residence is a slice of unmatched tropical elegance. The vast, elevated living and dining room of this five-bedroom villa runs almost the entire length of the property and features a soaring, wood-lined, vaulted ceiling. Windows on both sides are completed with bi-folding glass doors that ensure constant panoramic views across the palm-clad valleys, and out to the bay of Bophut and the offshore islands.

A square pedestal table for ten sits in the centre of the dining area, next to an open plan fully equipped kitchen with an island breakfast bar, top-of-the-range fitted appliances and a built-in wine cooler. On the far side of the dining table, the villa's spacious lounge area is furnished with three deeply cushioned upholstered sofas and two comfy chairs set around a rustic coffee table and oriented towards a Smart TV. The room is complemented by a modern chandelier and mood enhancing table lamps. Outside, a covered balcony runs along the entire length of the pavilion, protected by a clear glass barrier and overlooking the tropical garden and 20-metre infinity pool. All-weather chairs add a final touch, offering the perfect place to relax with a book, and enjoy the spectacular views while sipping an afternoon cocktail.

Stairs on both sides of the balcony lead down to the villa's lower level where three of the five bedrooms look out across the garden, pool and those jaw-dropping views. A covered walkway runs along the front of these king-bedded guestrooms all of which are adjoined by ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. In front, a lawn and garden extends to the wide pool terrace.

In the pool, sunken stools rest beside a swim up bar incorporated within the covered sala, which also houses a dining table and cushioned bench seats. On the other side of the pool, you’ll find one of the villa's two master suites complete with a vaulted wooden ceiling and doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. A separate dressing area behind the king-size bed leads into an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a rain shower and a terrazzo bathtub positioned next to a window that looks directly out to the ocean beyond. Steps at the rear of the lower master suite lead back up to the lounge area and from the steps, a door leads into the second upper floor master bedroom, which is a mirror version of the one below.

About The Villa

Floors: Atulya Residence occupies three floors:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, living area, dining area, and kitchen.
- Second Floor: Four bedrooms including master bedroom and staff area.
- Third Floor: Master bedroom, swimming pool, and pool sala.
Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).
Living Areas: There is an indoor living room with an L-shaped sofa, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The indoor dining room is conveniently beside the kitchen and breakfast bar. There is also an outdoor dining with BBQ facilities and pool bar with stools..
Pool: Measuring 20m x 5m x 1.6m infinity pool; No shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are also 2 lounge chairs, 8 sunbeds, and 3 pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.
Dining: Meals are prepared by Panacea’s central kitchen, which has extensive experience in Western, Thai, Asian, vegetarian, and children’s cuisine. All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen — guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT. We are happy to accommodate special requests, including strict dietary requirements. All meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — can be arranged in advance. A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available, and we can provide the list upon request. If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa’s kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.
Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (bean espresso machine), blender, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher, oven, electric stove, electric kettle, juicer, wine fridge, kitchenware, dinnerware, water dispenser, basics (oil, salt and pepper), pots and pans, tea pot, mini bar, wine glasses, and floating breakfast as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.
Dining Areas: The indoor dining pavilion with modern open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar that can sit up to 10 persons. The outdoor dining sala with barbecue grill that can sit up to 10 persons.
Wellness: Spa treatments can be carried out in the villa’s private massage room by professional beauty therapists at an extra charge. Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge.
Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a 55-inch Smart TV in the living area and master bedroom only. The villa also offers a sound system and outdoor speakers (Nuvo).
Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, safety deposit box, back-up generator, water heater, drying/towel rack, hangers, laundry (in-house), and laundry (sent out / nearby). Wake up call service available upon request.
Parking: Sufficient villa parking carport is available.

All dishes are delivered and served at the villa, and there is no additional chef fee when ordering from the central kitchen — guests only pay for the grocery cost + 25% shopping fee + 7% VAT. If guests prefer to have their own private in-villa chef cooking directly in the villa's kitchen, this can be arranged at an additional THB 2,500++ per day, on top of food and beverage charges.

Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
