Located along Bophut Beach and just a 6-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village, Dhevatara Residence enjoys an exclusive beachfront location with a spectacular sunrise and ocean view. This estate features eight pavilion-style pool villas, each with an air-conditioned living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen.

The estate has a total of 31 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 62 guests. Five beachfront villas offer direct access to Bophut Beach, while the three multi-storey hillside villas are just moments away from the sandy stretch.

The villas can be booked individually or together to accommodate big family getaways and large groups. Every property has its own unique layout: the three-storey hillside villas enjoy elevated ocean views, while beachfront villas feature ground-floor living and dining areas with an ocean view.

Each private villa is fully-staffed with a villa manager and housekeepers. A private chef can be enlisted to prepare all of your meals with advance notice (at an extra charge). Kayaks and a BBQ grill are also available for guest use upon request.

While the shoreline in front of the Dhevatara Residence estate is rocky, a short 200m stroll along the coast brings you to a swimmable stretch of the beach.

  • The Dhevatara Residence has 8 villas, five on the beach (4-bedroom Baan Kularb, 4-bedroom Baan Feung Fah, 4-bedroom Baan Leelawadee, 4-bedroom Baan Benjamart, and 4-bedroom Baan Ban Buri) and three set into a hill behind (3-bedroom Baan Maliwan, 4-bedroom Baan Ratree, and 4-bedroom Baan Bua Sawan).

  • Each villa can accommodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge), except for Baan Maliwan, which can accommodate 8 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge). The entire estate can accommodate 62 guests and up to 16 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

  • The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfilment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront.

  • Fully-equipped kitchen with design fixtures and all bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with a personal safe. Living and Dining rooms are air conditioned and with full length folding doors.

  • Secure gated community.

  • Other facilities: Sea kayaks with 2 seats are available for estate use.

Child Policy & Extra Bedding

  • Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • Extra beds may be available at USD 50++ per night per person. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for each villa.
  • Baby cot provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
  • Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.
