I HONESTLY cannot say enough to praise Intuition! I have never stayed in such an amazing place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My son suffered an anaphylactic reaction and they made sure we got to where we needed to go and the necessary steps were taken in the restaurant. The staff in the Amaya was so helpful as well, especially the British waiter who wiped down the toaster oven before my son used it. Special shout out to the Front Desk staff, Eleanor, Sienna and Luke. They were so attentive. Also special thank you to Jacob who drove us all over to the clinic and pharmacy. Absolutely loved our stay at Intuition in Niseko — the hotel was modern, spotless, and perfectly located for both skiing and getting around town. The front desk staff were amazing, especially Maia, who was incredibly helpful and truly resourceful about the area, giving us great local tips and helping with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and well designed, and everything felt high-quality and well thought out. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

This was honestly the best hotel I‘ve ever been to! It is absolutely worth the price. The rooms are super luxurious and the view is amazing. I also really enjoyed the Hotels own Onsen. You also get free taxi rides thru whole Hirafu and they assist you with your ski rental. The staff this season was also super kind! You could text them at any time and they helped you immediately with anything. Matt has done most of my taxi rides and he literally was the best! He helped me out with local bar and restaurant tipps and was always super kind and helpful. Thanks again!!

We stayed at Intuition Niseko for 6 nights on a ski trip and had an excellent experience. The rooms feel luxurious and spacious, perfect for a ski stay, and the shower pressure was fantastic after long days on the mountain! The location is ideal — only a 5-minute walk to the Family Chair and food trucks, restaurants and bars in Hirafu village. The free hotel shuttle is also very convenient for getting around Niseko and arranged via WhatsApp with the hotel. The staff were outstanding, especially @Ellie, who offered great recommendations and was always warm and pleasant during our shuttle rides. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Western and Japanese options, and the chef was very kind. Housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout our stay. Overall, Intuition Niseko is a fantastic Niseko ski hotel with great service, comfort, and location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a great hotel, but it is not a 5 star hotel as advertised on google, which is why I ultimately give it a 3 star review. The rooms are nice and modern with large windows. However, the controls for the lights, heat, and appliances were not intuitive and overly complicated. The hotel was lacking in amenities that would be expected for a 5 star hotel. Besides rooms, the hotel has a public onsen, ski lockers, and a small breakfast buffet. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. There was also a persistent smell of fried foods in the breakfast area. There was about a 5 minute walk to the chair lift in hirafu, but a shuttle was provided with an average wait time of 15 mins.
