Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 14 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The main communal space is an open-air indoor living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Pool: 18m x 6m x 1-3m chlorinated pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four sunbeds; Pool towels are provided.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, blender, toaster, stove, mini bar, rice cooker, dishwasher, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Dining Areas: The open dining area can seat up to 10 guests with additional seating at the kitchen counter that can seat 4.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request, and the spacious yoga bale provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge). There are two massage beds available in the spa room.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and indoor open-living area equipped with a 60-inch Smart TV with streaming services and other local and international channels, Cable TV, Bose bluetooth speakers, and Sound System (on request and extra charge).

Other Facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, generator, and CCTV in common areas. Laundry service (sent out) is available on request (extra charge). Wake-up calls are available upon request.

Parking: Sufficient parking area is available for motorbikes only.

Surface total area: 4,600 sqm (land).
- Maximum number of guests: 40 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity). Events can be held in the Yoga Shala and adjoining area.
- Minimum Nights: 2 nights.
- Event fees: USD 1,000 ++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 3,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Small Events Policy: For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 30 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 500 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11:00 PM.

- Rates include Daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, villa attendant, gardener, maintenance, housekeeping, and security).
- Private chef service is included in the rates.
- Additional roundtrip airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Car and driver rental service on request from approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for 8 hours a day.
- Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions and cooking classes are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- High chair is available upon request.
- Baby cot is not available for this villa.
- Babysitting service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Pool fences are available on request (extra charge).
- Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only two (2) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

- Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time: Strictly by 12:00 NN.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
Smoking and Pet Policy
- Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
- While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.
Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
