Capacity: The estate can accommodate up to 16 guests and up to 4 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The living area provides a separate, air-conditioned room for relaxation on the ground floor. The dining and kitchen areas are conveniently located next to each other, offering an open and inviting space.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Pool: There are a total of 5 pools: the two main pools measure 41m x 1.4m x 28m and 10m x 1.4m x 10m, and 3 plunge pools all measure 6m x 1.4m x 3m; All pools are chlorinated, and only Pool 2 has a shallow end for kids; All five pools are set to ambient temperature; There are a total of thirteen lounge chairs, fifteen pool umbrellas, and fourteen sun beds; Towels are provided at each villa pool.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, microwave, freezer, blender, juicer, toaster, stove, mini bar, rice cooker, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area features a rectangular table that seats 16 guests.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge). There are two massage beds in the spa room of the estate, available for guests' use.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and indoor living area equipped with 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix and local and international channels, JBL Bluetooth speakers, and books and board games.

Other facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and smoke alarm. Wake-up calls are available upon request.

Parking: Sufficient parking space available for 2 cars and 6 motorbikes.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: 30 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 50 guests (maximum standing capacity).
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay; Peak season events are subject to approval.
- Event fees: USD 750++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 3,750,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Small Events Policy: For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 30 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11:00 PM.

Details
- Rates include Daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, car hire for 8 consecutive hours a day (excluding petrol), and services by villa team (Villa manager, private cooks, villa attendants, maintenance, driver, and security).
- Private chef service is included in the rates.
- Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions and cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request (extra charge).
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Pool fences are available on request (extra charge).
- Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only four (4) additional beds are available.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time: Strictly by 12:00 NN.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply).
Smoking and Pet Policy
- Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
- While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.
Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
