Living Areas: The shared living area provides open-air room for relaxation on the ground floor. There is also a small living area inside the suite, and a shared dining area and kitchen available for guests' use.

Pool: 10m x 40m x 1.4m chlorinated pool; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are three sunbeds, four lounge chairs, and four sunbrellas; Pool towels are provided. There is also a common toilet nearby.

Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

- Rates include Daily breakfast, roundtrip airport transfers for up to 4 guests, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, and services by villa team shared within the estate (Villa manager, assistant villa manager, private cooks, villa attendants, gardener, maintenance, security, and driver).
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for 8 hours a day.
- Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.

- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Pool fences are available on request (extra charge).
- Extra bed for adults is not available in the property but an adjoining bunk room for up to four (4) children is available on request.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the property, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
