- Ground Floor: Main entrance, air conditioned living room, dining area, guest bedroom, kitchen, swimming pool and garden.
- 2nd Floor: Two bedrooms including a study area and a rooftop terrace and garden.

Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 6 guests and up to 1 additional guest allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The open-plan living and dining areas are conveniently adjacent, creating a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. The living area features stylish, modern decor and is equipped with a 53-inch Smart TV that includes Netflix streaming.

Pool: 8m x 3m x 1.35m chlorinated pool; Shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are two lounge chairs and one sunbrella; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
