Ground Floor: Ground Floor: Main entrance, open living and dining areas, Bedrooms 2-4, media room, kitchen, swimming pool, and expansive manicured lawn and garden.

Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 8 guests and up to 3 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The dining and kitchen areas are adjacent to one another, creating a seamless and inviting space that enhances the flow of daily living. The open-plan design extends into the living area, where relaxation is effortlessly achieved while enjoying views of the pool and lush garden.

Pool: 16m x 6m x 1.5m main lap pool; 6m x 4m x 0.5m kids pool; No shallow end on the main pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four lounge chairs and four floaties; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, oven, gas stove, kitchenware, dinnerware, and water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Wellness: The garden area has a yoga deck / bale perfect for yoga sessions. Yoga mats can be provided on request. Massage, spa services, and yoga sessions may be arranged on request (extra charge).

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped with a 53-inch flat-screen Smart TV with local and international channels, DVD player, and BOSE sound system.

Other facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with CCTV at the front gate of the villa, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, back-up generator, safety deposit box, universal adapter. Wake-up calls, iron and ironing board are available upon request.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: 50 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity).
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay; Peak season events are subject to approval.
- Event fees: USD 750++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 2,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Small Events Policy: For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 30 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11:00 PM.

- Rates include Daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, and services by villa team (Villa manager, villa attendants, gardener, and security).
- Private chef service is available on request (extra charge).
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for 8 hours a day.
- One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions and cooking classes are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Pool fences are available on request (extra charge).
- Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only three (3) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Smoking and Pet Policy
- Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
- While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.
Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
