Floors: Villa Ambra occupies three levels:

Ground floor: Main entrance, indoor and outdoor living areas, Bedrooms 1 & 3, kitchen, pool and outdoor dining area near the garden.

Second floor: Three bedrooms including Master Bedroom and spa room with an open terrace and daybeds.

Basement: Office / study room and fitness area.

Capacity: The entire villa can accomodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The villa has an open, indoor living area with a beautiful view of the ocean. The enclosed air-conditioned dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area. There’s also an outdoor seating area near the pool and the manicured lawn. Lots of seating areas near the pool overlooking the ocean.

Pool: 20m x 5m x 2m chlorinated pool; 3m x 4m x 0.6m kid's pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are ten lounge chairs and seven pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker, juicer, minibar, rice cooker, stove, toaster, food processor, ice cream maker, sandwich maker, BBQ facilities, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, drinking and wine glasses.

Dining Areas: The indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat up to 10 guests. There is another dining area outside that can also seat up to 10.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge). There are 2 yoga mats and massage beds available for guests' use.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout with 42" TV and satellite TV with local and international channels in each bedroom, Harman Kardon Sound System, table tennis, and backgammon. The library is well-stocked with books, games, and jigsaw puzzles. Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night lighting. Four tennis rackets and tennis balls are available (shared among the 3 villas).

Other facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a back-up generator, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarm, and universal adapter. Laundry service (sent out) is available on request (extra charge). Wake-up calls are available upon request.

Parking: Sufficient parking space is available for 2 cars and 10 motorbikes.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: Small Events: 30 guests. Large Events: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity). Depending on the chosen Villa’s capacity. For large events of up to 100 persons, Villa Mary and Villa Melissa at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked (optional to book Villa Ambra). Event will be held at Villa Mary.
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay; Peak season events are subject to approval.
- Event fees:
- USD 1,750++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for Small Events.
- USD 2,350++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for Large Events.
- The local community banjar fee is IDR 6,000,000 for both Small and Large Events.
- Small Events Policy: For Small Events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 30 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee. The local community banjar fee for Pre-/Post-Events is IDR 6,000,000.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is only until 11:00 PM. For Small Events in Pantai Lima Estate (Villa Ambra, Villa Mary and Villa Melissa), No amplified music allowed (only acoustic band possible) if booking only one villa at Pantai Lima Estate; Music capacity is maximum 2,000 watts for Small Events, and maximum 5,000 watts for Large Events.

- Rates include Roundtrip airport transfers for up to 4 guests, complimentary WiFi, daily housekeeping, and services by villa team (Villa Manager, butlers, chefs and cooks, housekeepers, gardener, pool maintenance, drivers, and security).
- Private chef service is included in the rates.
- Additional roundtrip airport transfer service is available on request (extra charge).
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for 8 hours a day.
- Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions and cooking classes are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra beds are available at USD 45 per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Smoking and Pet Policy

Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
