Floors: The Estate consists two villas Mandala Oasis & Mandala Residences:
- Mandala Oasis has two floors. On the ground floor are the main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, fully-equipped kitchen, gym facilities, and swimming pool. The second floor houses five bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom.
- Each Mandala Residences unit has two floors. On the ground floor are the main entrance, air-conditioned living room, indoor living and outdoor dining areas, kitchen, and swimming pool. The second floor houses three bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom.

Capacity: Mandala Oasis can accommodate 10 adults and up to 1 additional guest allowed (extra charge); and each Mandala Residences unit can accommodate 6 adults. The entire estate can accommodate 16 guests and up to 1 additional guest (extra charge).

Living Areas: The main communal space at Mandala Oasis is an air-conditioned living area conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available. The spacious garden facing the ocean provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge). Two gyms, a sauna and ice bath are also available at Mandala Oasis for guests seeking a rejuvenating wellness experience.

Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- Baby cot and high chair are available upon request (extra charge).
- Baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service is available upon request (extra charge).
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Pool fences are available on request (extra charge).
- Extra bed is available only for Mandala Oasis at USD 45 per person per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villas, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the properties. Entry or access to the properties may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
