Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 12 guests.

Living Areas: The dining and kitchen areas are conveniently located next to each other, offering an open and inviting space. The living area, on the other hand, provides a separate, air-conditioned room for relaxation on the ground floor. There’s also a balcony, rattan chairs and ceiling fans, as well as a roofed al-fresco sitting area by the pool.

Pool: 17m x 4m x 1.3m chlorinated pool; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are six lounge chairs and three pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and wine glasses.

Dining Areas: The villa has two indoor dining areas and each can seat up to 12 guests. There is also additional seating at the kitchen counter that can seat 4 guests.

Wellness: The villa has an open gym, ice bath and private yoga deck, with additional yoga lessons provided upon request (extra charge).

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped with a 85-inch Smart TV with Netflix. There’s also a pool table on the first floor.

Other facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Wake-up calls are available upon request.

Parking: Sufficient parking space available for 3 cars and 7 bikes.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: 20 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 50 guests (maximum standing capacity).
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay; Peak season events are subject to approval.
- Event fees: USD 820++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 4,000,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Small Events Policy: For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 20 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 500 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11:00 PM.

The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Nyepi Religious Day

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
