Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The main communal space is an open-air indoor living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen. The outdoor spaces also feature a dedicated lounge seating by the pool and a separate lounge area by the jacuzzi.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Pool: 20m x 4m x 1.2m chlorinated pool; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are nine sunbeds, three pool umbrellas, and one lounge chair; Pool towels are provided. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower nearby.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, blender, toaster, stove, rice cooker, BBQ facilities, ice maker, juicer, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 10 guests, and the outdoor dining area can seat up to 12 guests and an adjacent kitchen bar that can seat 4.

Wellness: Yoga mats and massage beds are available on request, and the spacious yoga bale provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge). There is also a gym, ice bath, jacuzzi, and sauna available for guests' use.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout with a Hisense Smart TV with streaming services and other local and international channels, JBL Bluetooth speakers, and JBL Sound System. There is also a pool table at the villa, available for guests' use.

Other Facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, generator, elevator, and CCTV in common areas. Laundry service (in-house and sent out) is available on request (extra charge). Wake-up calls are available upon request.

Parking: Sufficient parking area is available for 2 cars and 6 motorbikes.

- Maximum number of guests: 50 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 50 guests (maximum standing capacity).
- Minimum Nights: 3 nights.
- Event fees: USD 1,000 ++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 4,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during, or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11:00 PM.

- Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time: Strictly by 12:00 NN.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability (extra charge may apply). Note that a security deposit of USD 500 or IDR 8,000,000 is to be paid upon check-in at the villa.
Smoking and Pet Policy
- Smoking is not allowed at this property.
- While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.
Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
