Q. What are "Nomad Picks"?

A. Each Nomad Pick features a selection of The Luxe Nomad partner luxury hotels or resorts who have provided you, our fellow Nomads, special rates to selected room types available only during the sale. This sale lasts 7-10 days or until sold out.

Q. How much does The Luxe Nomad membership costs?

A. Membership is completely free.

Q. How do invitations work & what can I use the credits for?

A. When your friends join The Luxe Nomad as a member in response to your invitation, you earn credits that can be used when you book your holiday via our website.

Q. How do I make a special and/or bedding request?

A. On trip summary page there will be a Special Request box which allows you enter any special requests you have. Please note however that these requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in.

Q. What taxes and fees are included in each booking?

A. We do our best to ensure that room charges are inclusive of local tax and the hotel's service charge so you know the final price. However if there are any additional fees, we will note this in the 'The Fine Print'.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation upon my payment ?

A. Yes, Once the payment transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Booking ID stated on your booking voucher. The booking voucher serves as your confirmation, so please retain this as a copy.

Q. Can I cancel or modify a reservation after I book?

A. Yes, In order for us to provide exclusive members-only rates, flash sale room bookings are strictly a no-cancellation or amendment policy. However, in certain cases we will try our best to accommodate your request - kindly contact us via the contact form.

Q. What is "Booking on request"?

A. To prevent overbooking for certain hotels with limited number of rooms and/or villas, you fill in the "booking on request" form and enter your preferred dates and room type in the booking request pop up box (after you click 'Send Request'). We will check with the hotel regarding availability and rates for your selected dates. If there is availability, we will request for your credit card details which we will pass on to the hotel to charge accordingly to confirm your booking. Once the transaction is complete, we will email through your confirmation (booking voucher).

Q. Do I need to bring anything with me to check in?

A. To minimise any potential check in issues, it's best if you bring along the booking voucher, or at the very least your Booking ID as this corresponds to the Booking ID sent to the hotel.

Q. How do I seek support other than FAQs, provide feedback or give recommendations to hotels / travel tips?
