The estate consists of Baan Chang, Baan Samlarn,and Villa Haineu. All villas in the estate have 5-bedrooms each with a similar layout but Baan Chang is the most expansive and exclusive of all the villas.

Capacity: Each villa can accomodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge). The entire estate can accomodate 30 guests and up to 5 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: There is a main indoor living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The Alfresco dining area is conveniently located beside the kitchen and counter top. There’s also an outdoor dining and beach sala with BBQ facilities and a seating areal.

Pool: Baan Samlarn: 18.6m x 5.3m x 1.8m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi, Baan Chang: 18.5m x 5.3m x 1.8m, Villa Haineu: 19m x 5.5m x 1.84m Pool with built-in Jacuzzi; Shallow end for kids; The pools are set to normal temperature; There are eleven sunbeds with umbrellas and one daybed; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, and stove top as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.

Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area for each villa can seat up to 12 persons.

Wellness: Yoga mats are available on request and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. In-villa treatments are available at extra charge. Sauna and gym/fitness facilities are shared within the estate.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a Smart TV. Watersport equipment such as kayak is available for guest's use and swimming pool.

Other facilities: The villa features a universal adapter, back-up generator, safety deposit box, hairdryers, and CCTV. Wake up call service available upon request.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: Villa Haineu, Baan Chang, and Baan Samlarn can each accommodate 20 to 40 guests (seating/standing combined). Dhevatara Cove Estate villas can be rented individually to hold events/weddings.
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay.
- Low and Shoulder seasons: 3 nights
- High seasons: 5 nights (for select wedding villas)
- Peak Christmas and New Year seasons: 7-10 nights
- Event Fees: USD 1,200 + 7% tax.
- Small Events Policy: Pre- or post-event functions held on the day before or after the main event are equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. Note that the security deposit fee is dependent on the number of guests attending the event. This will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Music Curfew for sound systems, live bands and DJs is only until 12:00 midnight.
- Fireworks are allowed only for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
- Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
- Event guidelines and accurate quotations are available on request only.
- The above rates are subject to change without prior notice. Other charges may apply on request basis.
- We are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa (i.e. beach).

Details
- Rates include welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, gym, WiFi, services by villa team including villa manager, housekeeper, and chef, and 1x roundtrip airport transfer.
- Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
- Rates for Dhevatara Cove Estate includes 1 x round trip airport transfer :1 van only for each way for each villa booked for 4 bedrooms and below; or 2 vans only for each way for each villa booked for 5 bedrooms and above (7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).
- Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).
Child Policy & Extra Bedding
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra beds may be available at USD 50++ per night per person. Only five (5) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
- Baby cot provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
- Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.
- Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.
Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
