Floors: Villa Anaya Manis comprises two buildings:
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, Bedrooms 1 & 5, enclosed living area, main dining room, outdoor dining area, BBQ area, wine cellar, swimming pool, and garden.
- Second Floor: Seven bedrooms including the Master Bedroom and gym facilities.

Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 18 guests and up to 4 additional guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The main communal space is an enclosed living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen. There is also an outdoor dining and seating area by the pool.

Pool: 8.5m x 4.5m x 1.5m Pool 1 and 9m x 4m x 1.5m Pool 2; Only Pool 1 has a shallow end for kids; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are four lounge chairs, two pool umbrellas and two daybeds by the pool; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.

Kitchen: Equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, freezer, juicer, microwave, oven, rice cooker, stove, toaster, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking and wine glasses.

Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area is a rectangular dining table that can seat up to 14 guests with additional kitchen counter seating for 3. There is also an outdoor dining area that can seat up to 10 guests.

Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the gym. Yoga mats are available, and the spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge. There is a spa area with massage beds for guests to enjoy relaxing treatments.

Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and living area equipped with Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime streaming, and other local and international channels, Sonos and Marshall Stanmore Bluetooth speakers, and books and board games.

Other Facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Laundry service (sent out) is available on request (extra charge). Wake-up calls are available upon request.

Parking: Sufficient parking is available for 4 to 5 cars.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: 30 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 50 guests (maximum standing capacity).
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay; Peak season events are subject to approval.
- Event fees: USD 750++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) and IDR 3,500,000 for local community banjar fee.
- Small Events Policy: For small events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 20 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 500 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until 11:00 PM.

- Rates include Daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by the villa team (Villa manager, butler, villa attendant, service staff, gardener, maintenance, and security).
- Private chef service is available on request (extra charge).
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for 8 hours a day.
- Additional airport transfer service is available on request (extra charge).
- Spa treatments, massage services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions and cooking classes are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
- Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request (extra charge).
- Pool fences and toys available on request (extra charge).
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra beds are available at USD 45 per person per night. Only four (4) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. No pets are allowed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Smoking and Pet Policy
- Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
- While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.
Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
