Floors: Villa Mary features five bedrooms across three pavilions. If more rooms are needed, guests can book 5 rooms in Villa Ambra; and 5 rooms in Villa Melissa.
- Ground Floor: Main entrance, semi-open indoor living area, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed and airconditioned dining area, Master Bedroom, Bedroom 1, cinema room, swimming pool and garden.
- Second Floor: Bedrooms 2 & 3.
- Capacity: The entire villa can accomodate 10 guests and up to 2 additonal guests allowed (extra charge).

Living Areas: The main communal space is an open-plan living area with Bose bluetooth speakers. There is also an poolside lounge area with a lot of seating options.

Pool: Measuring 15m x 10m x 2m and the kid's pool measures 4.25m x 3.63m x 0.6m ; No shallow end on the main pool; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are eight lounge chairs and four pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.
We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee. -
Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, coffee maker, Nespresso Machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, stove, water dispenser, kitchenware, dinnerware, BBQ, deep fryer and juicer.

Dining Areas: Air-conditioned indoor dining area with rectangle dining table that can seat 10 guests with additional seating at the bar for up to 2 guests.

Wellness: Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 3 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube). Massage, spa services and yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).

Entertainment: Home Cinema that can fit up to 20 persons comfortably has a 196-inch screen and high definition movie projector with HDMI input, flat-screen satellite television with local and international channels in all bedrooms (USB-input only available in Bedroom 3 & 5), Bose bluetooth speakers, and books and magazines.

Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter. Wake up call service available upon request.

Weddings & Events
- Maximum number of guests: Small Events: 30 guests. Large Events: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity). Depending on the chosen Villa’s capacity. For large events of up to 100 persons, Villa Mary and Villa Melissa at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked (optional to book Villa Ambra). Event will be held at Villa Mary.
- Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay; Peak season events are subject to approval.
- Event fees:
- USD 1,750++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for Small Events.
- USD 2,350++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for Large Events.
- The local community banjar fee is IDR 6,000,000 for both Small and Large Events.
- Small Events Policy: For Small Events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 30 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee. The local community banjar fee for Pre-/Post-Events is IDR 6,000,000.
- Public events with ticket sales are not allowed at any time.
- Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
- Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged.
- Guest must prearrange their own transport as there will may be no access to taxis or public transportation.
- No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa. Other event structures are subject to approval by The Luxe Nomad.
- Fireworks, paper candle lanterns or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted.
- Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is only until 11:00 PM. For Small Events in Pantai Lima Estate (Villa Ambra, Villa Mary and Villa Melissa), No amplified music allowed (only acoustic band possible) if booking only one villa at Pantai Lima Estate; Music capacity is maximum 2,000 watts for Small Events, and maximum 5,000 watts for Large Events.

- Rates include Welcome drink, daily continental breakfast, complimentary WiFi, shared tennis court, service by villa team(Villa Manager, private chef, villa attendant, gardener and security), car hire and driver (one 5-seater car for 8 consecutive hours a day excluding petrol).
- Private Chef service is available (excluding grocery cost + 15% handling fee).
- One-way or return airport transfer service is available at upon request (extra charge).
- Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
- Complimentary one baby cot and baby high chair available. (additional units can be rented out with extra charge). Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day.
- Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
- Children 5 years old and below stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Extra bed is available at USD 45 per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
- Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the property. Entry or access to the property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.

Smoking and Pet Policy

Nyepi Religious Day
- Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in and check-out from properties on 19 Mar 2026, 08 Mar 2027, and 26 Mar 2028.
