Anandathu Villas is a contemporary enclave of four private villas: the 2-bedroom Villa Arthya, the 2-bedroom Villa Avyathi, the 3-bedroom Villa Ascarya and the 3-bedroom Villa Ayuddha, each with a private entrance and a private 8.5-metre or 7-metre swimming pool. The self-contained villas can be rented individually or jointly, presenting guests with a choice of any connotation from a 1-bedroom to 10-bedroom renting option, making it ideal for extended families or larger groups of people who want to be close to each other while still retaining an element of independence.

While not identical, the four two-storey villas at the Anandathu Villas are uniform in their design and their furnishings, the only distinctions being the varying number of bedrooms, differing outlooks, shape and sizes of the swimming pools and layout of the open plan living & dining rooms with their integrated kitchens. The design is minimalist with polished concrete floors throughout and very little ornamentation. However, the abundant use of sustainably grown teakwood, which can be seen not only in the modern furnishings but also in the pool decks, window and door frames, kitchen units, stair rails, bathroom vanities and the beams of the vaulted roofs, brings warmth and colour to the interiors and gardens with honey-golden, buttery shades of wheat and amber. Plenty of lush greenery in the form of flowering trees and shrubs, flat lawns, and trailing vines complement the tropical vibe. The focal point of each villa is the living & dining room offering the choice of open-air living or air-conditioned comfort. Each is furnished with a dining table for four or six and a sitting area with a coffee table and cushioned teakwood chairs or bench seats, and a 40-inch TV with local and international channels.

Each living & dining space incorporates a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchens are well-equipped for either guest use or for the personal catering service of a private chef (at additional cost). Each villa has a master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and adjoined by a balcony and an ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, a walk-in shower and a free-standing bathtub. The guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms fitted with single vanities and indoor showers. Each swimming pool is bordered by a teakwood deck furnished with two beanbag loungers.   • Capacity: Villa Arthya and Villa Avyathi can accommodate 4 guests and up to 1 additional guest (extra charge). Villa Ascarya and Villa Ayuddha can accommodate 6 guests and up to 1 additional guest (extra charge).
